Duties and Responsibilities

  • To meet with clients in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions which relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • To thoroughly understand the products they are responsible to promote.
  • To develop a good understanding of competitors’ products, to see what else is on offer for clients and in particular to know what new, innovative products are in the market.
  • To identify potential clients (such as in particular territory or segment) and develop relationships with them.
  • To develop good after-sales relationship with clients which can lead to another sale, perhaps repeat business or new recommendation.
  • To monitor sales process including timely follow up with purchasers, solicitors and end financiers.
  • To maintain proper records of completed sales and update into developer system with any new information.
  • To work with the Marketing team to collaboratively create successful sales campaigns.
  • To ensure that all sales galleries are tidy and presentable with all necessary product materials.
  • Check that all equipment in the sales galleries is functioning correctly, reporting any problems through the appropriate channels.
  • To achieve sales target and KPIs.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Candidate with at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in property development environment.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for entry level position.

Skills:

  • Candidate must possess sound knowledge of the property market, local and overseas.
  • Candidate must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills necessary for interaction with internal and external parties.

  • Candidate must be familiar with IFCA system.
  • Candidate must be proficient in English both oral and written.
  • Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.

Others:

  • Candidate must be able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
  • Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
  • A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
  • Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good work ethics.
